• What are the center hours?
The center hours are 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Where are you located?
If you are on Riverchase Parkway (heading towards Valleydale) you turn right onto Parkway Lake Drive, we are the third building on the right.
• Do I have to bring an original immunization card (blue card)?
No, it can be a copy or fax.
• What happens if I do not have a copy of my blue card?
Your child will not be able to stay at TodayCare until we have a copy of their Immunization Record.
• Will the center provide lunch for my child?
No, lunches must be provided by the parent or guardian. Families are welcome to visit at lunch or take their child out to lunch
• What happens if I forget my child’s lunch?
You will be asked to go get a lunch for your child.
• Will I need to provide snacks for my child?
No, we will provide nutritious snacks for the children.
• How much do I pay when my child attends the center?
There is a $10.00 co-pay due at the time of arrival. We accept cash, check, flex-spending card, AmSouth Visa, or electronic payment.
• Can I visit my child during the day?
Yes!
• Can I call to check on my child during the day?
Yes!
• What happens if my child gets sick while at the center?
You will be notified immediately, and if there is a spot on the mildly ill side we will move them to a sick room. If not, you will be asked to come and pick up your child.
• Are reservations required?
Yes. Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance or they can be made at the last minute. If you make a reservation after hours, you should wait for a call back before coming to the center.
• What do I bring with my child?
All personal items, diapers, wipes, bottles, and lunch. Label all items that are brought to the center.
• What happens if my child wakes up in the middle of the night sick?
Call the center and leave a message for the nurse. She will arrive at 6:30 a.m. and return phone calls. Please wait for a phone call before coming to the center to ensure a spot for your child.
• Can my grandchildren attend the center?
No, unless you are the legal guardian and have custody of that child. TodayCare will require a copy of a court document that designates the grandparent as the legal guardian of the child.
• How many days a year can I use the center?
You can use the center 30 days a year, no mare than 15 days consecutively.
